 Fixed the issue where e*e*e and then typing *e and e*e*e*e give different
 results. Multiple output formats is a thing to implement later. Increased
 the threshold for going to (quasi-) scientific notation a bit.
 Note that integer operations are indeed accurate, but not in the case of
 evaluation 2000!/1999! because 2000! is a 5735 digit number...
