 The reason it hasn't been done yet is that it is going to need to be
 managed by Rainbow (which would spawn the activity pythons), and the
 security team still has important features to add instead of doing
 performance work for the foreseeable future.

 Maybe I should work with them on this once my Update.1 deliverables are
 done.
