 Pootle is intended to provide for the translation of OLPC software.
 However,

  - As of yesterday, pootle is still not live, and is blocked on some git
 issue,
  - there appears to be '''no trac ticket''' for the blockage,
  - this ticket here, milestone ''Opportunity'', was last touched one month
 ago,
  - some incorrectly believe pootle is currently up and working.

 Our having important core intructure wedged, without anything in trac on
 it, and only an Opportunity milestone, seemed worth noting.
