 I suspect a hardware problem due to running from low battery.  Please
 trade the laptop in.

 At the same time, maybe OHM should avoid suspend and resume when running
 on B4s, unless some file has been touched (substitute your favorite
 configuration method) indicating that it has indeed been ECO'd.
