Comment:

 I'm not actually sure who this bug should be assigned to. Either
 activities which are writing out files to stick onto the clipboard need to
 put their files somewhere other than $SAR/tmp or we need to modify how
 $SAR/tmp is created and destroyed to make it accessible to Sugar.
