clipboard and then drag to "Text Activity"

 To Reproduce Bug:

 1) Open "Record" activity
 2) Take a picture by clicking "eye" icon
 3) Click "Keep" at top of activity pane (folder icon with arrow)
 4) Click "Frame" key (key 129) to show the main frame
 5) Drag image (from bottom of Record window) to Clipboard at left of main
 frame
 6) Open "Text Editor" activity
 7) Click "Frame" to open main frame
 8) Try to drag image from Clipboard at left of main frame to the "Text
 Editor" activity - It won't work

 To Successfully Drag image:

 1) Follow the above instructions except DO NOT click "Keep" (step 3)..
 Note that the icon in the clipboard will be different than when following
 step 3 above (when clicking "Keep")
