 In Joyride 272 on a B4, the little etoys car moves at about 25 frames/sec.
 After half a minute, it drops to 1.7 frames/sec. Touching the touchpad
 brings it up to speed again.

 I suspect this has to do with power management. What can we do to prevent
 this?
