 This one only happens in the actual XO. I tested it using Joyride build
 268 on a B4.

 Open Learning Center (mamamedia-teacher-center) and click any tab but
 'Activities'. It works great (by the way, only one Canvas object is used
 here).

 But Activities is a ~200KB abiword file with 9 (small) images embedded. In
 sugar-jhbuild it takes over 10 seconds to load, but it does load. On the
 XO, the activity simply dies out.
