 When the system boots MIC and MIC boost are both muted but when either
 arecord or activity record is invoked it appears at least MIC is unmuted.

 In addition in using alsamixer to modify the MICs DB level it appears it
 has no effect on improved pick up either with arecord or activity record.
 The only option that does effect pickup is MIC Boost.

 Note I am using the builtin MIC in all case and using C1 units.
