 After installing simcity-1.xo (see wiki.laptop.org/go/SimCity), I get the
 !SimCity icon in the bottom bar.  When I mouse over it and hesitate, first
 the name "!SimCity" comes up, then the word "Remove".

 If I click "Remove", it removes the icon from the bottom bar, but doesn't
 appear to remove the application.

 Frustratingly, it no longer lets me add the application either, after such
 a "removal".  I can go back to the journal and resume the program that I
 just "removed", but I can't get the icon back into the lower frame bar --
 even by re-downloading the .xo file.

 (Of course, it would help if there was a user interface spec, or a user
 manual, for how to install and remove activities.  Then we could tell
 whether the implementation matched the documentation.)
