 Tried to load mikmik from browser; there is an item in the journal, but it
 never loads or finishes loading. I can delete the journal item... but I
 can't get it to load or install.

 I turned off security; then clicked on the same mikmik.xo from browser
 window and it loaded and put an icon in the tray; and tried to load.

 I also tried to load SimCity from a USB stick. The Secured laptop can't
 load it; the unsecured one can... (and I can play!)
