 I wonder if the DCON is being awakened by the wire between EC and DCON --
 but since wakeups from keyboard are masked out, the EC is not waking the
 CPU (just the DCON).  If so, fix would be for the EC to block DCON wakeups
 as well as CPU wakeups, when masked off.
