 The view toolbar provides a handy way to jump into fullscreen browsing
 mode.  That's awesome.  At present, there is no way back but alt-enter,
 which isn't even exposed in the UI anywhere.  This is really dangerous.

 Two (related) things need to happen:

  1. Fullscreen mode needs to have an overlaid view-return button, much
 like that in Record's fullscreen mode.  This could appear only on mouse-
 move (ideal), or simply hover in the upper right corner.  We can probably
 steal from Erik's code for this.

  2. We need to have the escape key bound to this action, so one can return
 to normal mode via that keypress;  this is just commonly expected and good
 practice.  In fact, even if the button itself is impossible for U.1 (And I
 feel strongly that we ''should'' have the button), the escape key is
 mandatory or else we have to cut the feature for now.
