 telepathy-gabble 0.7.1 can avoid having "persistent" behaviour (Gabble
 keeps running even when not in use) even with all debug flags set.

 The other changes in 0.7.1 are conditional on having a version of
 libloudmouth that OLPC does not ship, so they have no positive or negative
 effect.

 It needs telepathy-glib 0.6.1; the only changes in *that* are those that
 make persist and debug orthogonal.

 Both new versions are in Koji (and hence Joyride) but not in Update.1.
