 The solution we came with some months ago was a temporary one, but it's
 going to be good enough also  for Update.1.

 The problem is that the suggested ogg mime types moved from
 application/ogg to audio/ogg and video/ogg (and they also changed the
 extensions). Software (like totem) and the web have yet to sync with the
 move, so for now it's easier to keep the old mimes. Though at some point
 we really want to support the new suggested ones and that's the reason of
 this ticket.
