 Due to much confusion about the way to start (resume, join, start, etc.)
 and stop activities, I have updated the activity-stop icon and added a new
 activity-start icon.  The former will simply appear appropriately in the
 activity toolbar.  The latter needs to be referenced in some key places
 that currently reference zoom-activity. This list includes:

  - Journal (detail and list views)
  - Join action item in activity palette (Neighborhood)
  - Resume action item in activity palette (Home)

 The confusion caused by the current resume icon has been reported at least
 half a dozen times.  I know I talk frequently of one-line fixes, but this
 one really is (albeit in 3 places...), and is so core to the activity
 philosophy that it really should be U1 if someone has time to slip it in.
 It's obviously non-invasive.

 The icons are already in git.
