 The patch I attached does fix the original incorrect RTC issue. I set my
 RTC to 1999, flashed the OS, tried fc-cache - it did not work and Browse
 hogged 100% of CPU. I installed the RPM I had made with the patch, and it
 worked flawlessly. fc-cache -r was never needed.
 I'm attaching the RPM file with this ticket. Any pointers on how to
 integrate with the Joyride builds for more testing would be very helpful.
