 We have an etoys-notify at laptop.org list, and would like to have Trac cc
 all automatic notices there. The "etoys" user on Trac actually has that
 address, but as soon as the bug is reassigned, it would not get traffic
 anymore.

 And currently no Trac messages get through to the mailing list - testing
 with an explicit cc in this ticket now.
