 The SqueakMap package loader isn't working with the etoys-dev-2.2 image
 (or earlier recent versions that I tried).
 To reproduce:
 1. Run 'WorldMenu->SqueakMap Package Loader'
 2. Say yes to the dialogues (mandatory upgrade of SqueakMap, install of
 Monticello)
 The debugger will open before SqueakMap can be successfully upgraded.

 This is a problem for me because I'd like to use SqueakMap to install add-
 on packages for my development image. I'm not sure whether enough packages
 available in SqueakMap are compatible with the XO image to make this
 worthwhile though.
