 In joyride-257, when security is disabled, screen rotation does not work.
 Pressing the rotate button once causes X to rotate.  The cursor, for
 example, is correctly rotated.  However, Sugar does not redraw.  No icons
 are visible.  The blank frame is visible but partly off-screen.  The mouse
 moves correctly, but Sugar does not respond to keypresses or further
 presses of the rotate button.

 Ctrl-alt-F2 still works, and after init 3 && init 5 as root, Sugar and X
 are working correctly again.
