 Well, I figured that if it was humanly impossible to type the letter 'h'
 within Sugar that was a blocking bug.  It turns out switching to US from
 NG fixed the problem, so perhaps it's not as big a deal.  This still
 doesn't explain to me why this particular key was wrong in the Nigerian
 mapping.

 I also don't know either a) how my laptop got switched into NG or b) when
 the NG mapping changed, but I had been successfully typing the 'h'
 character a few days ago.  It's only assigned to X because Bernie has been
 assisting me with keyboard related issues lately.  I don't know what
 component this really belongs in.
