 See #4727 for a more detailed analysis of sound and video permissions.

 Record's use of owner.key.pub is fine and will be fixed (allowing Record
 to start) in rainbow-0.7.4, which we will hopefully be able to release
 tonight.

 At that time we will be able to see more clearly whether there are any
 remaining problems.
