Comment:

 Tubes boilerplate reduction gave us a new way of resolving handles into
 buddies. Unfortunately it doesn't work in all cases. For Update.1 we will
 revert to the previous way of doing it in Connect, and then work on PS and
 sugar.presence after Update.1 to make an API that works in all cases.
