 While booting a B4 with arabic keyboard layout, some messages appear as
 series of question marks in reverse video. This is only for a couple of
 lines directly after the kernel boot messages. Later messages are fine.
 But it happens again, for example, when doing commands like "date" in VT1.
 Probably caused by LANG being "ar_LY.UTF-8" on this machine even for root.
