 Retitling to encompass #4735 too - I just closed that one as a duplicate
 of this bug, since the actual bug appears to be the same.

 In the absence of any feedback from the rel-eng team regarding whether I'm
 allowed to build things in Koji or not, I've built a RPM in Koji using the
 proposed patch.
