 Currently when a clique-rm node starts to disconnect from the network it
 doesn't react to repair requests anymore. This is a problem when some
 packets before the BYE packet are lost. More specifically. If a kid quits
 a activity and some last packets are lost, then the other nodes will try
 to recover that packet untill they decide the node really has gone (after
 about 5 minutes))..
 With the fix the other nodes have a chance to recover while the leaving
 node goes through the disconnecting process.

 The attached patch add a simulation to test this case and a fix for it.
 Also some minor code cleanup here and there (mostly whitespace fixes)
