Comment:

 This was in there already, but not perfectly. This patch improves the
 functionality by cycling through the activity list (hit alt-tab on last
 activity goes to first activity). This also contains two extra functions
 to request an activity with an associated window. Currently activities
 that fail to start stay in the donut, and should be skipped by alt-tab.
 ctrl-alt-tab moves to the previous window. I think shift-alt-tab is the
 usual key combo for this, so we might want to change that.
