 build Joyride 251 q2d03

 When security is disabled, then sound works fine in Record, Pippy, and
 TamTam Jam. However, once security is enabled, sound does not work in
 pippy or tamtam. (I'm assuming it wouldn't work in record either, but
 right now that activity won't load with security on)

 I will attach the logs from pippy. If more are needed, just ask.
