 At the moment, the search filter in the neighborhood view doesn't seem to
 apply to activities at all.  It should at a minimum take into account the
 name and title of the activity.  This part is essential to U.1.

 If we can, it should also match on the participants list.  Eg. If Walter
 is participating in a Write instance, and I search for Walter, then that
 particular Write instance should match.
