 The future release of wireless firmware will send firmware ready event
 (event code ‘0x30’) that can be used by both OFW and Libertas driver to
 detect that wireless firmware downloaded and initialized successfully.  A
 workaround in the present situation would be to wait for 200ms after
 firmware download and then issue any driver commands.
