 Under joyride-249.

 To reproduce
 Insert usb key.  Use the 'mount' command to confirm that it is not
 mounted.  Remove usb key.  rm /etc/olpc-security.  Reboot.  After sugar
 loads, insert usb key.  It is mounted.
