 Activities should only create files in $SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT/data (for
 persistent data), in $SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT/instance (for transmission to
 and from the DS, basically), and in $SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT/tmp (for small
 bits of volatile state).
