 Both laptops connected to the jabber server through the school mesh.

 Laptop one starts connect and shares it with the neighborhood. Laptop 2
 clicks on the shared activity in the mesh view. Both laptops show up in
 the connect activity on both laptops. Laptop two says "Joined a game.
 Waiting for my turn..." (which is normal) Laptop 1 says "Waiting for
 another player to join."

 I don't believe connect has changed in a long time, so something with
 sharing or tubes is probably broken
