 The Web activity doesn't work with Salut (#4666) and the GMail activity is
 just a cut-and-paste of the Web activity, so the Web activity won't work
 with Salut either.

 All other bugs in the Web activity's collaboration functionality (e.g.
 #4432 and various code reduction enabled by #4503) will also have
 duplicates in the GMail activity.

 It's not at all clear to me that the GMail activity should have
 collaboration at all, since a child's mailbox is (presumably) necessarily
 private.

 (For that matter, it's not at all clear to me how the GMail "activity" is
 meant to fit in to the Sugar HIG at all. Perhaps it'd make more sense if
 links outside GMail were opened in the normal Web activity?)
