 I think Libertas driver waits for 200ms after downloading wireless
 firmware, and then issues CMD_GET_HW_SPEC command to get MAC address. One
 possible reason why 18.p2 firmare version works might be that wireless
 firmare 5.110.19.p0 size is around 2K more compared to 5.110.18p2,
 therefore, may take a bit more time to download and initialize.
