Comment:

 If this doesn't work now, there's nothing OHM can do to make it start
 working.  The action item for OHM would be *after* we have these wakeups,
 in order to ignore them when we go to hard-sleep instead of suspend.

 Michailis, should receipt of a multicast packet ever cause the wireless
 module to assert a wakeup?
