 SimCity's in our build now, but it doesn't have a LICENSE file, or mention
 its license anywhere I can see.

 SJ tells me that the license is something like "the code is GPL, but you
 can't call your modified work SimCity".

  * We need to find out what the license actually says.
  * We need to make this license clear to our users somehow.  Is this a
 blocker for SimCity's inclusion?
  * Should we start a community fork that doesn't keep this restriction and
 ship that instead, so that modified works can be redistributed?
