Comment:

I need to know more about how content bundles are supposed to work. If
they are similar to activity bundles, then the installation should happen
implicitly when they are downloaded/added to the Journal. The presence of
the bundle within the Journal should indicate that it is installed on the
 system.

My interpretation of a content bundle is that it provides a bunch of
content which appears within the Library. At the moment (permanently?)
this appears within Browse. We had discussed making the Library a
standalone activity, and that might still be a fine idea; I'm not sure.
In any case, resuming a content bundle should probably launch either
Browse or Library (with the assumption that it's already installed) and
ideally jump to the section for that bundle, if possible.

SJ, can you give me more insight into the Library end of this?
