 Well, the short answer is no, but it's too late either way now.  That lack
 of indication is really a downside, in my opinion.

 In the long term, we can can we hack the combobox to instead have a black
 background or something, so the options list looks like a palette?  We've
 got to do something to indicate what the palette relates to, especially
 because in the case of narrow elements, there may be 3 comboboxes above
 the options palette...
