 We are going to have a small amount of space reserved for temporal files
 that will reside in RAM, and another bigger area that will be reside in
 flash.

 Files that aren't bigger than a few hundreds of KB and are short lived
 (less than a minute) can go to tmpfs. These files MUST be deleted after
 being used.

 The rest of the files should go to temporary space in flash, and also MUST
 be deleted after use, or moved to permanent storage (datastore).

 This ticket will list the different places in the shell and core
 activities that doesn't follow this rule.
