 /tmp is hitting 100% usage.

 It looks like Journal is copying .xo files to /tmp.  Perhaps to extract
 svg's.  After boot, /tmp usage started at ~1%.  Each time I paged down,
 /tmp usage went up.  The .xo and .svg files accumulate.  It looks like
 there is some attempt to garbage collect, as usage got knocked back down
 to ~70% a few times.  But then scrolling reached the gcompris 44MB
 click_on_letter .xo file, and usage hit 100%.  After some additional
 scrolling, it dropped to ~50%.

 This time, I again saw the "move scrollbar and contents don't move"
 problem.
