 Q2D03 and Q2D03d (Libertas Firmware 5.110.19.p0) fail:

 Q2D03e (Libertas firmware reverted to 5.110.16.p1) works:

 The only difference between the failing and working versions is the
 Libertas firmware.  This test is 100% repeatable, on a small, quiet
 network in an uncomplicated RF environment.
