Comment:

 The interface is in joyride 211. More info can be found here:
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Sugar_Control_Panel

 The browser settings have not been included in it since these settings
 belong into the browser, ideally in a config file in $root/conf ($root of
 the activity). So we think an UI in browse would be best to handle this.
 But this would be Update.2 I guess.

 About root permissions that the language and the timezone setting needs:
 At the moment we print out a message about needing root permissions. We
 discussed a few alternatives but they are all a bit hacky (SUID, changing
 the permissions of the files we need to access). If we still want the
 latter (about the changing the permissions of the files) in please open a
 ticket. I sent mail to cscott how to handle the permission changes in a
 build.
