 Activity installation and uninstallation is kind of confusing. It would be
 less so if installation moved the activity from the journal to the frame,
 and uninstallation moved the activity back.

 As things stand now, there is a sort of mystery link. Deletion from the
 journal affects the frame. (or is supposed to)

 Changing this would also make the pre-installed activity situation more
 sensible. There would not be a need to have pre-installed activities show
 up in the journal from the very start, which violates the idea of the
 journal being the kid's own stuff. They would also not need to be special
 objects that can never appear in the journal.
