 I am concerned that we have enough bugs around suspending that if it
 starts happening at random system-selected times (in real users, not in
 R&D) that it will be much harder to triage and fix the bugs.  E.g. my B4's
 wireless chip stopped seeing any other wireless nodes tonight.  Was it
 because I suspended?  At least I know that I suspended!

 I'm much more concerned that we do suspend-on-idle in R&D to get the
 remaining hardware bugs out of the way, and understand the actual power
 consumption of the device.
