 On a couple of builds, I have had sugar stop responding in the sense that
 it won't respond to ctrl-alt-erase and ctrl-alt-f combinations... but will
 allow shutting down by hovering over your XO, or otherwise.  Last happened
 on a 613 build.  I upgraded to 623 and haven't seen the issue since; not
 sure how to reproduce.
