 622+623 q2d02+q2d03 B4.
Upgrading from 622 to 623 on q2d03 hangs, dropping you in an ok prompt.
 But q2d02 works.

Given 622/q2d02, and a usb of 623/q2d02, factory install (square key cheat
 code) works as expected.

Given 622/q2d03, and a sub of 623/q2d03, instead one gets:
DO NOT REMOVE USB KEY UNTIL ACTIVATION IS COMPLETE.

  boot-device = nand:\boot\olpc.fth
  Boot device: /nandflash:\boot\olpc.fth Arguments:
fffffffe Type 'help' for more information.

  ok

 Entering 'boot' yields the same
  Boot device: /nandflash:\boot\olpc.fth Arguments:
  fffffffe
  ok

I replicated both success and failure.

Once power cycled, the boot seems to proceed normally. I only did
''factory install'', and didn't test the usual "upgrade while preserving
 the user's work".
