 To make things keyboard accessible and provide legacy behaviors, we want
 to bind CTRL-S to the keep operation.  Unlike an explicit keep which
 should happen silently in the background, it would be nice to provide a
 non-modal, timed alert that indicates the keep occurred in this instance.
 If needed, that could be a future enhancement, as it might require
 activity participation.
