 Binding changed to CTRL-O

 Modified DBus service to use CamelCase. The FocusSearch method now takes a
 dictionary as argument as described by Tomeu.

 The 0001-patches are the right ones (not possible to remove old
 attachments?)

 Eben: there is no global CTRL-S binding yet, right? Can't find a bug for
 that. If you want me to take a look at that please create a ticket and
 assign to me.
