 set once to the appropriate value, which will of course "zoom" all
 rendered web content in a way. However, to zoom in and out dynamically,
 you should use fullZoom on top of that.

 Ok, then we are fine. We are already using layout.css.dpi for setting the
 desired "base" dpi, fullZoom will be used when we implement zooming of
 content bound to some key and UI button.
